If you have a home in Leander, TX, and are looking for a way to shade the patio on a budget, my patio sun shades are the answer.

Josh Hobbs, Leander's manufacture of affordable manual patio solar shades.

My Leander patio solar sun shades are personally made and installed by me, Josh Hobbs, out of my shop in North Austin. I hand-make all of my solar shades myself to keep the costs down. I also personally install all of my hand-made solar shades to as well keep the costs down. By doing all of this myself, I can control the costs and thus pass along those saved costs to you. On my website, I publish my installed solar sunshade pricing so you can first-hand see the low-priced installed value.

This is how you raise and lower my manual patio roller shades.

I do not manufacture motorized sun shades. My patio shades are designed for budget-conscious consumers. These shades are called MANUAL roll up patio shades and are raised and lowered using a stainless steel pull chain. They are intended for those who require temporary sun protection. For homeowners in Leander, the shades can be lowered while enjoying time on the patio and easily raised when not in use. My patio roller shades are intended to be left down.

What color options are available for these Leander patio solar sun shades?

I have five color options to choose from. I will leave samples of these fabrics when I see your home, or you can order a free patio roller shade sample kit here.

I usually suggest opting for darker shade fabrics since they are better at concealing dirt.

To clean the retractable solar blinds, use soap and water. You can also spray them with a pressure washer using a wide tip. It's crucial not to use a high-pressure narrow tip. Cleaning agents like Simple Green, which do not contain chlorine-based bleach, are suitable. For further details, please visit the section on my website titled How to Clean Patio Roller Shades.

The grey fabric is beautiful. The grey fabric features a unique weave pattern that combines horizontal strands of grey with vertical strands of white. This color scheme, when placed in the appropriate setting, can create stunning outdoor patio roller shades, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.

Fabric colors I make my outdoor patio roller shades out of.
I utilize a robust Textilene fabric for my solar window screens, which is distinct from the fabric used for my roller shades. I offer both interior commercial roller shades and outdoor patio roller shades, both of which are made from a strong, durable fabric designed to withstand various conditions. While the roller shade fabrics and the solar screen fabrics are different, they are both crafted to provide reliable performance and quality. I use the same Textilene fabric for my single-family residential, commercial, and multi-family solar screen projects.
